Elmsford, NY (July 19, 2018)— HYPRES, The Digital Superconductor Company™, announces it will be presenting at two conferences this month.
The 2019 Cryogenic Engineering Conference and International Cryogenic Materials Conference (CEC/ICMC) will run July 21-25 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, Conn. It’s the 22nd year for the event, which showcases the latest research and state-of-the-art developments in cryogenics, including superconductivity, cryocoolers, cryogenic materials and applications. HYPRES will be present at booth 526.
The ISEC 2019 International Superconductive Electronics Conference (ISEC) is scheduled from July 28 through Aug. 1 at the Riverside Convention Center in Riverside, Calif. It features superconductive electronics experts from around the world in research, university, industrial, military and commercial communities.
The HYPRES participants bring their high level of industry expertise to the two events. Vladimir Dotsenko will chair Microelectronics Session I at CEC/ICMC. Dr. Dotsenko received a Ph.D. in Physics from the Verkin Institute of Low Temperature Physics, Kharkov, Ukraine in 1998. He leads the cryogenic system integration efforts for ADR and ICE-T products at HYPRES.
Anubhav Sahu will be an invited speaker at the Microelectronic Session II at CEC/ICMC. Sahu, a Distinguished Member of HYPRES Technical Staff, joined HYPRES in 2004 after receiving a master’s in electrical engineering from Stony Brook University. He manages the Integrated Cryogenic Electronics Testbed (ICE-T) product.
Timur Filippov, who will speak at ISEC, has been a member of the HYPRES research staff since 2003. After receiving his Ph.D. from Moscow State University in 1995, he went on to write 50 journal and conference articles. In addition, Filippov holds five patents.
Eren Çelik will also speak at ISEC on behalf of HYPRES, where he is a digital RSFQ IC designer. He has a long, established history in the research industry. Çelik holds a master’s of electrical and electronics engineering from TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi in Ankara, Turkey.
About HYPRES
HYPRES, Inc., of Elmsford, NY, develops and commercializes superconductor integrated circuits (ICs) and systems that provide unparalleled performance advantages for government and commercial applications. The flagship product is the Advanced Digital-RF Receiver (ADR), comprising superconducting digital and mixed-signal ICs packaged on a COTS cryocooler. HYPRES also develops custom semiconductor ICs and high-performance analog RF circuits. HYPRES has recently introduced the Integrated Cryoelectronics Testbed (ICE-T), a turnkey laboratory test system requiring no liquid cryogen. It provides complete cryogenic infrastructure for broadband electrical testing of standard and custom high-speed superconducting integrated circuits at 4 K and above.
